2019 Summer Group Construction Development Training

In order to stimulate the potential of employees, cultivate a healthy and sunny sales team, the Fujian Golden Bamboo Industry Co., Ltd. Marketing Center organized an outdoor development training for all employees. The main content of this expansion training activity was to temper the will and cultivate sentiment through the form of team games.

The whole activity not only increased the beautiful friendship between colleagues but also left a deep memory. The game brought closer the feelings between employees. Through team assistance, group competitions and other forms, it cultivated the team members' innovative thinking and teamwork ability. 

As a result of the breakthroughs in psychology and physiology in the process of expansion, everyone involved in the activity further explored the potential talents and realized the deviations in their own self-knowledge.
