REBO® bamboo horse stable planks are an ecological and sustainable alternative, which are quality products easy to install. The board is made from compressed bamboo fibers through 2700 ton hot pressing machines, and this compressed process makes it very hard, dense and durable.
There are two colors of the bamboo horse stable plank. Bamboo Panel Caramel is suitable for covered / indoor stables. Bamboo Panel Chocolate is suitable for outdoor use for its longer carbonization and higher heat treatment production process.
Strand woven bamboo, usually called scrimber bamboo, is gaining popularity for the production of horse stable boards thanks to its stability, strength, hard, durability, eco-friendly, etc. Strand woven horse stable boards can be used as door panels and also as wall panels of the box. There are many advantages of using bamboo panel for the horse stable.
1. Eco-friendly:Bamboo is a kind of grass, which has a very fast-growing period (about 5 years) and it will regrow immediately once it is harvested, so it is very friendly to the environment.
2. Very hard: REBO bamboo horse stable plank is made from smashing bamboo strips, which makes the board very solid, dense and stable. It is even harder than many tropical hardwood. Thanks to its hardness and strength, cannot kick through the boards.
3. Strand woven bamboo has a higher stability than exotic wood species, so that it has a very low shrink/expansion rate.
4. E1 European standard: The formaldehyde emission in air is 0.05 mg/m3, which comforms formaldehyde class E1: less than 0.124mg/m3 in air.
The specification of bamboo panel can be customized based on the customers' requirement. The boards can be designed with or without air vent. Its tongue and groove sides system allows a very easy-installation of the boards.
REBO® Bamboo Panel Caramel is suitable for covered / indoor stables. The bamboo is treated through carbonization and high temperature. These boards have a warm and natural brown colour, similar to that of wood.
