The bamboo poles will be cut into strips by machines.
Smashed into bamboo fibers by machines
Carbonization. Through high temperature and heat treatment to ensure the sugar, worm eggs and nutrient be removed efficiently
Drying. Self-developed drying technique to ensure the moisture content of bamboo stripes are equal from inside out, which the water does not accumulate inside the strips, and this environment for fungi will be hard to growth.
Hot Pressing with 2700 tons. After soaking with dynea glue and then balance the bamboo fibers for about one week, the smashed bamboo strips are put smoothly and put into the machine to be hot pressed into a big bamboo board, then cut into bamboo panels, normally 140mm width.
Strand woven bamboo is manufactured through a special process which uses 100% of the Moso Bamboo, making it harder and more durable than regular bamboo, it is much stronger and harder than woods. Strand woven bamboo is one of the hardest flooring options available, harder than traditional hardwoods.
