This was the first live chat show on Alibaba, to make some introductions to our heavy bamboo decking floor boards and the accessaries. Thanks to Tina and Annise, they had a very wonderful explanations to REBO bamboo decking, accessaries and sample policy, etc.

On the live chat, they introduced REBO strand woven bamboo decking panels with four surface profiles: big wave surface, small wave surface, flat surface and small groove surface, each with two colors: one is medium carbonized(wood-similiar color), the other is deep carbonized(dark color). From the live chat, the customers could see these beautiful boards clearly and well know the characteristics. Some customers would be confused about the differences between the two colors, and our two beauties would let you well know the differences.

For samples, we will provide free 2-3 pcs samples, size 150*140mm, which will be convenient to be shipped and reduce the shipping cost for the customers. Also we will provide catalogs, brochure, and clips&screws, packed in our REBO sample cartons, so the customers will check the quality and get more information from the catalogs and brochure as well as how to install the boards with clips and screws.
