How to correctly use outdoor strand woven bamboo decking

As is known to all, high weathering outdoor strand woven bamboo decking is a new type of natural environmentally-protective material. Taken moso bamboo as raw material, it is treated through physical high-temperature carbonization. This process makes it hard, stable and corrosion-resistant. In order to make sure the bamboo decking is better used, here are some descriptions for reference:

1. Product technical parameter:
The boiling water expansion rate of thickness after 1 hour boiling:  ≤ 3%.
Standard Size: 1860 (+ 2mm) * 139 (+ 1 mm) * 18/20 (+ 0.5 mm)
Density: ≥ 1.2g/m3
Moisture content: < 10%
Static bending strength: above 50Mpa
The expansion rate of water absorption of thickness in 24 hours: < 2%.
Hardness: above 40Mpa
Impact resistance: maximum 6 mm
Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.5mg/L.

2. Two equipment:
1). The density of bamboo joists made from the equipment shall not exceed 400mm, the surface is smooth and flat. It shall be firmly fixed to avoid cracking or damage due to excessive spacing or subsidence. Joist testing equipment requires metal galvanized square pipe or anticorrosive eucalyptus or wood plastic material.

2). When using the equipment, special metal fasteners provided by the manufacturer must be used to ensure the fastening of the equipment.
3). For the end of a special-shaped or cutting device, special natural oil designated by the expert must be used for the downtime maintenance.
3. Three maintenance:
1. Outdoor strand woven bamboo decking should be maintained at least twice a year after being used. See the maintenance method file.
2. Being used, the strand woven bamboo decking must be inspected irregularly and replace the hidden safety parts in time if found.
