It has high hardness, good stability and corrosion resistance. It does not contain the characteristics of ordinary outdoor materials such as termite 497. In order to make the durable bamboo household materials better serve the users and ensure the desired satisfactory results, the following explanations are given:
One product technical parameter:
Boiling water expansion rate of 1 hour thickness ≤ 3%.
Standard: 1860 (+ 2mm) * 139 (+ 1 mm) * 18/20 (+ 0.5 mm)
Density: ≥ 1.2t/m3
Moisture content: < 10%
Static bending strength: above 50Mpa
The expansion rate of water absorption thickness in 24 hours is less than 2%.
Hardness: above 40Mpa
Impact resistance: maximum 6 mm
Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.5mg/L.
Two devices:
1. The high resistance keel density of the bamboo plate equipment shall not exceed 400mm, and the keel surface shall be flat. Firm fixation to avoid plate cracking or damage due to excessive keel spacing or keel settlement. Keel testing equipment requires metal galvanized square pipe or anticorrosive eucalyptus or wood plastic material.
2. When using the equipment, metal fasteners of the special equipment provided by the manufacturer must be used to ensure the fastening of the equipment.
3. Special natural oil designated by the expert for the plate end of special-shaped plate or cutting device is used for downtime maintenance.
Three maintenance:
1. High outdoor heavy bamboo boards should be maintained at least twice a year after being put into use. See specific method (maintenance method)
2. After the high-strength outdoor heavy bamboo is put into operation, it must be inspected irregularly and replace the hidden safety parts in time if found.
