Bamboo Paneling Product Details:

Raw materials for the wall panels are green bamboo, we chose only raw materials, and then we cut, carbonized and dry to eliminate sugar, proteins, and fats. 

 Bamboo wall panels with several unique techniques to remain the natural color and improve the products’ durability and efficiently prevent the fungus growing from inside of bamboo stripes. With 160°c carbonization temperature, but higher heat pressure and heating time, to ensure the sugar, worm eggs and nutrients be removed efficiently. Self-developed drying technique to ensure the moisture content of bamboo stripes is equal from inside out, which the water does not accumulate inside the strips and this environment for fungi will be hard to grow. The finished products will apply the arising bamboo protective agent, in order to further inhibit the fungus' growth. Then bamboo materials become bamboo paneling.
